This well-established organisation requires a driven and self-motivated Systems Manager to join their busy technical services team and motivate those around them. The key to this role is identifying improvement areas and driving initiatives to improve the existing systems. You will be involved in technical support and long-term migration projects.
 
The current vacancy is for an innovative IT solutions organisation who are looking for a Systems Manager to ensure a culture of high performance. Ideally you will have a minimum of 5 years’ experience working in similar roles. You will have strong experience working in an IT & Systems Manager role with excellent leadership skills within a results-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities for the Systems Manager:

  • Maintenance and support of all systems including ERP
  • Managing IT budget and liaising with department heads
  • Ensuring all group remains compliance with IT internal control requirements
  • Being responsible for disaster recovery procedure and recovery process
  • Manage system requirements and propose solutions through implementation and testing and go-live.
  • Strong reporting and database experience ideally SQL Server
  • Providing training to all team members across the group
  • Excellent communication skills with stakeholders at all levels
  • Ideally have some experience with cyber security certification
