Test Lead

Test Lead – Yorkshire / Remote
£40,000 - £50,000 + bonus, 35-hour work week and great benefits
 
This profitable and growing organisation require an experienced Test Lead to join them and take responsibility for defining the test approach and tools required to test all changes to all systems developed across the company. You will be joining an organisation that operate within the professional services sector but have a unique tech offering that sets them apart from competitors.

As Test Lead you will design, develop, and implement custom test solutions on the platforms in line with the strategy and goals of the company. Previous experience in a leadership / senior role is required, as you will mentor and guide Test Analysts as well as providing technical guidance and support to the wider team.
 
The company have offices all over the UK, but the preferred candidate will be able to travel to Yorkshire on a semi-regular basis.
 
Experience:
  • 5+ years of experience in senior testing roles
  • Strong understanding of CRM concepts and best practices
  • Proven experience testing REST APIs, web applications and mobile apps using appropriate testing frameworks and tools.
  • Experience writing test scripts and producing test plans.
  • Excellent communication skills and analytical abilities
  • Demonstrable attention to detail
  • Agile / Scrum
