Implementation Consultant – Midlands - SaaS Software

Fully remote role with occasional travel to client sites - Bonus and car allowance on offer

Our established client with their main office based in the West Midlands with good links to Birmingham, Coventry, Solihull, Leicester etc are a leading software provider of Business software for the managed solutions industry, with continued growth they require an Implementation Consultant to manage the full implementation life-cycle for a retained client list based in the UK. 
The Implementation Consultant must have previous experience of successfully project managing Cloud based SaaS Software Implementations from start to finish and some prior knowledge of SQL Server would be highly advantageous

Core responsibilities for this Implementation role;
 

  • Project manage the full Software Implementation Life Cycle including scoping, through installation to go live
  • Previous experience of successfully project managing Cloud based SaaS Software Implementations from
  • Pre-configuring the database prior to commencement of training
  • Co-ordinating, publishing, and producing monthly webinars
  • Managing the support website and uploading new content
  • Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution throughout the implementation process.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, development, and support, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
 
Core experience;
 
Excellent communication skills, providing the ability to engage with customers and third parties as well as colleagues from various departments around the business
  • Consultancy experience of the full software implementation lifecycle, from pre-sales to go-live
  • Experience of delivering Virtual software training to end clients
  • Experience of IT Infrastructures, Window Servers & SQL Server
  • Excellent problem-solving skills & a proactive approach to projects
  • Ability to work to and achieve personal billable utilisation targets
  • Working predominately home based, but prepared for some travel to customer sites, from time to time.
