Senior PHP Developer

Senior PHP Developer – Sheffield - Up to £42k + Benefits

This advanced Software company are looking to add an experienced PHP Developer to their collaborative development team. The successful developer will be a team player and looking to build on their skills and experience in a vibrant working environment.

You will be involved in a variety of projects and as the team lead you will be heavily involved in both the design and development process of projects. Your opinion will be heavily valued, and you will be expected to help with managing the team, designing, and developing different projects. The role will be completely remote based initially, with the hope that the suitable candidate will be able to come into their Sheffield office once it is completely safe to do so.

Required:

3+ years of PHP development experience

A solid understanding of OOP
HTML, CSS, JavaScript

GIT or SVN

Experience in at least one framework such as Laravel, Yii, Zend

Experience with REST web services and JSON

Desirable:

AWS
JIRA or similar system
Shell/Bash scripting
Mobile and/or responsive development
PHPUnit
