This well-established organisation require a self-motivated Helpdesk Analyst/ 1st line Support Analyst to join their busy technical services team.  The key to this role is ensuring smooth helpdesk support to end users across their EU offices. The Helpdesk support analyst will have the opportunity to stay ahead with emerging  technology and move into a more senior role as time progresses.
 
The Helpdesk Analyst will be providing 1st line technical support and assistance to staff across their EU offices, dealing with helpdesk requests and calls coming into the IT department from English and German speakers. Handling support requests within SLA's and escalating up to 2nd or 3rd line teams as required.

This Helpdesk/ 1st line Support Analyst will appeal to an individual capable of working in a pressurised environment.  You will have the initiative to approach challenges with enthusiasm and the ability to react to rapid changes in prioritisation whilst maintaining a clear focus on the company objectives.  Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills along with attention to detail are a must. Must be Fluent in English and German. Additional EU languages would be advantageous
